Shannon Murry is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Sr. Director of People Operations at Buildertrend since April 2022, Shannon has previously held significant roles including Employee Relations Manager at both Toast and Boys Town National Research Hospital. Shannon's expertise extends to HR management, having created HR functions from the ground up at I Believe In Me Ranch, Inc., and supervising teams of HR professionals throughout various organizations. Shannon holds a BS in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University and an MA in Management/Leadership from Doane University.
