James Dobson has over 15 years of experience in quality assurance and management roles, currently serving as Audit and QA at Empower since August 2015. Prior to this, James held the position of Quality Supervisor at Zenith Education Group from June 2014 to August 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of analysts and implementing a trending-based quality assurance model. From February 2007 to June 2014, James was the Quality Manager at ESM, managing a team of analysts and focusing on operational improvements for customer experience. James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Western Colorado University between 2001 and 2005.
