Gavin Hilburn, PMP, CSM, is an experienced project manager with a solid background in program management and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Empower since February 2023, Gavin previously held the position of Integration Project Manager at Personal Capital and was a Project Manager at Distributed Solutions, Inc. Notably, during tenure at ASI Government, Gavin provided contract management and acquisition consulting services to the Defense Health Agency and Department of Veterans Affairs, facilitating cross-organizational collaboration and enhancing project communications. Gavin's finance expertise was developed through managing a complex annual budget while serving as a Program Financial Analyst at UCS and has been further supported by early experience in finance and accounting as an intern at Sayres and Associates, Corp. Gavin holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Virginia Tech.
