Constantine Kokolis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology leadership, vendor management, and customer success. Currently serving as the Sr. Director in the Office of the CIO at Empower since March 2019, Constantine heads the Vendor Management Office, managing supplier relationships and overseeing operations for approximately 1,300 contractors across multiple countries. Constantine has a strong background in IT/IS systems reporting and analytics, having developed centralized reporting teams and implemented efficient procurement processes. Prior roles include significant positions at Workiva, where Constantine was instrumental in driving customer success and strategic initiatives, and in the healthcare sector at institutions such as Children's Medical Center Dallas and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, focusing on technology implementation and project management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and a BS in Marketing from Penn State University, complemented by executive training at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
