Alicia Johnson is a seasoned professional in implementation consulting, currently serving as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Empower since November 2023. Prior to this role, Alicia gained valuable experience at IPX Retirement as an Implementation Consultant from March 2023 to January 2024, and returned to Empower in a senior capacity from April 2021 to April 2023. Alicia's earlier career includes significant experience at MassMutual, where the positions held ranged from Senior Transition Manager to Account Manager and Call Center Team Lead over a span of more than 14 years. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned in June 1998.
