Amy Johnston is an experienced business analyst currently employed at Empower Business Solutions since October 2018. Previously, Amy worked as a business analyst at Global Tel*Link from 2014 to March 2018, where responsibilities included automation of the Prison Finance Department, accounting software design, financial accounting support, and training. Prior to this role, Amy served as a Senior Application Specialist at Global Tel*Link from 2008 to June 2014, providing automated accounting services. Earlier in Amy's career, management experience was gained at Union Network Systems Inc. from 1992 to 1999, along with a role as an Application Trainer & Customer Support Representative at Computer Data Systems Inc. / CDSI from 1989 to 1992. Amy holds an Associate degree in Computer Science from Williamsport Area CC / Penn Tech - PSU and completed studies at the Institute of Computer Management.
