Renee Hooge currently serves as the Clinical Director at Empower Behavioral Health, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this, Renee held the role of Board Certified Behavior Analyst at The Autism Therapy Group from October 2020 to February 2024, where effective treatment and supervision of RBTs were emphasized. Renee's career also includes experience as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional at Caregiver, Inc., managing programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities, and prior roles in education, including Substitute Teacher and Educational Aid II at Blanco ISD. Academically, Renee earned a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University and holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
