Len Williams is a seasoned Senior Product Designer at Employment Hero since February 2018, with a rich background in UX design and creative direction across various industries. Prior roles include UX Design Lead at both mPort and Maxwell Forest Inc, and freelance creative positions where significant contributions were made to brands like Bonds Activewear and Twinings Tea. Len served as Creative Director at 12 Below, driving the company’s growth and success. From 2001 to 2010, Len worked at Draftfcb New York as Vice President Senior Art Director, developing award-winning campaigns for major clients including Starbucks and Fisher-Price. Len's educational background includes a User Experience Design immersion from General Assembly and a BA in Advertising from Michigan State University.
