Heather Christie, JD, CSP, currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Employees First and President of Evolve Global, a strategic leadership development company focused on enhancing executive influence to facilitate change. With extensive experience as a founding member of The John Maxwell Company, Christie has also worked as a Certified Executive Coach and international speaker with ActionCOACH. Previously, Christie held a partner position in the Legislative & Regulatory Group at Ungaretti & Harris, where the focus was on state, federal, and international lobbying. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Benedictine University.
