Daniela Cerritos is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Staff Performance Manager at EmployBridge since December 2022. Previously, Daniela held the position of HR Organizational Development Manager at LACTHOSA, where responsibilities included leading recruitment, wellness, training, and communication teams, and facilitating change management initiatives. Daniela's background also includes roles as a Human Resources Manager at Inversiones La Paz, overseeing internal procedures and employee benefits, and as CSR and Wellness Manager at LACTHOSA, where corporate social responsibility and stakeholder relationships were key focuses. Daniela began the HR career as a Human Resources Generalist at Solydez, managing recruiting efforts and onboarding processes. Daniela holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Communications from Universidad de Cádiz and a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana.
