Nicky Pearse has over 20 years of experience in the design industry. Currently, at Emplifi, they hold the position of Head of Design, where they lead a team and are responsible for brand development, workflow management, and creative deliverables. They also remain hands-on in their role by creating high-quality designs for digital and print. Prior to this, Nicky worked as a Design Studio Manager and a Senior Graphic Designer at Emplifi.

Before joining Emplifi, Nicky worked at Junction 9 Design Consultants as a Senior Graphic Designer, where they were part of a small team delivering creative communications for various sectors. They also gained experience as a Freelance Creative Director at NVision Design, working on both printed and digital projects. In addition, Nicky worked as a Lead Creative at Origin Design & Marketing Limited and as a Freelance Creative Director at Ewire Ltd.

Their early career includes roles as a Middleweight Designer at DFA Design Consultants and CPI. Nicky started their design career as a Pre-press Operator and later became a Junior Designer at Tring International PLC.
