Heather Kliesner is an experienced professional in organizational development and training, currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager and Content Manager at Empire Today since September 2017. Prior to this, Heather held the position of Master Facilitator at Sears Holdings Corp. from January 2005, where responsibilities included overseeing leadership development and change management for store managers and assistant store managers. Earlier in their career, Heather worked as an Instructional Designer at Zurich North America Insurance from June 1999 to December 2004, focusing on designing and deploying training materials for various systems and employee development initiatives. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University (2017-2020) and an Associate of Science in Broadcast Communications from Endicott College (1979-1981).
