Paul DeCarlo, CPA, currently serves as Financial Reporting Manager at Empire State Realty Trust since October 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held positions as Senior Associate and Staff at EY from September 2019 to October 2022, focusing on assurance services within the New York Real Estate Practice. Paul also gained experience as an intern at EY in the summer of 2018 and contributed as a consulting intern for the Town of Huntington in 2016, where responsibilities included organizing an online database and producing a budget presentation for the Town Bond Rating Agency. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Boston College Carroll School of Management, obtained in 2019, and graduated with a High School Diploma from Half Hollow Hills High School West in 2015.
