Erica works alongside the CSO and executive leadership on developing new sales strategies and cultivating new and existing A&D relationships. She leads new business efforts within the NYC-Metro area, leveraging her wealth of knowledge servicing the commercial furniture industry for over 13 years. Her main objective is to ensure both the client and A&D partner have an enjoyable and positive experience while meeting the client’s expectations and working within the design intent. Erica is an active participant in the industry and is a member of the IIDA New York Chapter, Pioneering Design Committee.
