Ryogo Hashiba is an experienced event producer and creative professional, currently serving at Empire Entertainment since April 2020. With a diverse background in event production and creative writing, Ryogo has been involved with R & R since June 2008, contributing as a creative writer and producer for various projects, including REAL MUSIC NAKED and REAL MUSIC VILLAGE. Previously, Ryogo held the position of event producer and director at DEC Management Office from January 2019 to March 2020, and served as a creative director at Recruit Media Communications from January 2006 to August 2007. Beginning a career in media, Ryogo worked as a radio and event director with The Sapporo Television Broadcasting Co., Ltd. from April 1998 to December 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Science from Doshisha University, completed in 1998, alongside secondary education at Sapporo Kita High School and Hokkaido University of Education Sapporo Junior High School.
