Dale Hall currently serves as President at Kloppenberg Products, LLC since February 2023 and has been the Western Regional Sales Manager at Empire Abrasive Equipment Co. since May 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Business Development Manager at ZPI from October 2018 to May 2022, where Dale contributed to the development of an automatic production line data collection system aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency. At Dorner Mfg. Corp, from March 2016 to July 2018, Dale worked as Strategic Accounts Manager for the Engineered Solutions Group, focusing on precision conveyor systems. Previously, from August 2008 to February 2016, Dale held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Kloppenberg & Co., overseeing various functions including sales, product development, and operations management.
