Till Lemper has extensive experience in finance and auditing, currently serving in Beteiligungsmanagement & Finance at Empira Group since January 2022. Previously, Till held the position of Partner at Rödl & Partner between January 2018 and December 2021, specializing in Wirtschaftsprüfung. Prior to that, Till worked as a Senior Manager in Audit & Assurance at Deloitte Switzerland from September 2006 to December 2017. Early career internships include roles in Business Development & Consulting at Deloitte, Audit at KPMG México, and Administration & Accounting at ThyssenKrupp Mannex Pty Ltd. Till began professional training as an apprentice at Siemens from September 2000 to August 2002. Educational qualifications include a Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) in International Business from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm, along with studies at the University of Bath and FEDA Madrid German Business School, where an Industriekaufmann (IHK) degree was obtained.
