Lars B. has a long and varied career in engineering and software development. Lars began their professional journey in 2002 as a freelance web developer. In 2003 they were an IT engineer at ThreeNine, followed by a position as a software automation engineer at Glu Mobile in 2004. In 2006, they were a senior software and automation engineer at Mobio Networks. Lars B. then joined MobileIron in 2008 as a software engineer, and at the same time they were a co-founder and director of server engineering at Rhomobile. In 2011, they became the director of server engineering for Rhomobile at Motorola Solutions. In 2014, they co-founded and was the director of engineering at OpenEd.com, a product from ACT. Finally, from 2016 to 2020, Lars B. was the lead software engineer at ACT, before becoming the director of infrastructure engineering at EmPath in 2020.

Lars B. attended UC Irvine from 1999 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
