Jonathan Evans, MS, is an accomplished leader in the behavioral health field with extensive experience in establishing and managing mental health services. Currently serving as Operating Partner at Empactful Capital since September 2023, Jonathan previously co-founded and served as CEO of InnovaTel Telepsychiatry LLC, a platform aimed at expanding access to psychiatric care. As Founding President and CEO of SAFE HARBOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH OF UPMC HAMOT, Jonathan played a pivotal role in creating the first free-standing mental health hospital in the region, reaching a $13M operating budget while serving over 6,300 individuals. Jonathan also founded Northwest Beacon Group, LLC, providing behavioral health services and employee assistance programs, and held the position of Director of the Adult Division at Hamot Institute for Behavioral Health where significant operational leadership was demonstrated. Jonathan holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from PennWest Edinboro.
