Luis Ayala Arancibia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in post-sales and operations management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Líder de Postventa y Operaciones at Empack Limitada since October 2021, Luis has held various leadership roles, including Sub Gerente Post Venta at Peugeot and Subgerente de Postventa at Pompeyo Carrasco. Previous positions include Gerente D&P, Gerente sucursal BMW, and Jefe postventa at Williamson Balfour Motors SA. Luis also has experience as Jefe de Taller for Land Rover and Jaguar at Ditec Automoviles S.A. and as an Ingeniero de Servicio at Kaufmann S.A., where responsibility included technical support for branches nationwide.
