Khlaifi Zied has a diverse range of work experience. khlaifi is currently working as an Industrialization Software Technical leader at Emotors since September 2022. Previously, they worked at Valeo as a BSW Engineer from January 2022 to August 2022. Before that, Zied was an Automotive Software Engineer at Valeo, employed by HTi Automobile - Groupe Apside, from November 2019 to October 2021. khlaifi has also worked as an Automotive Software Developer on behalf of Continental automotive systems at Focus Corporation from January 2018 to August 2019. Zied gained internship experience at the Modeling, Information and Systems Laboratory (MIS) University of Picardie Jules Verne in 2017, the National Transport Company of Tunis in 2016, SERGAZ (Eni group) in 2014, and the General Directorate of the Treasury and Public Accounting in 2013.

Khlaifi Zied began their education at Lycée Mahmoud Messadi in 2011, where they obtained a Baccalauréat with a focus on Mathematics. In the same year, they enrolled at the Higher Institute of Informatics and pursued a License in Industrial Computer Science, specializing in Embedded Systems. khlaifi completed this degree in 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Zied attended the Higher Institute of Informatics again, this time studying Software Engineering and focusing on Industrial Systems. In 2017, they furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering Complex Systems at the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC), specializing in Technology of Information and Systems. This degree was completed in 2018.
