Francisco Lopez currently serves as an Operations Associate at eMolecules since July 2024. Prior to this role, Francisco held multiple positions at MedTrainer from June 2019 to December 2023, culminating in a Customer Support Team Lead role, where responsibilities included leading a team of Customer Service Representatives and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Francisco also acted as Customer Success Site Lead, coordinating strategies to manage customer engagement and propose enhancements to the leadership team. As Project Manager, responsibilities included overseeing over 50 developers and managing interdepartmental communications. Francisco began at MedTrainer as an Account Manager, focusing on customer satisfaction and troubleshooting Learning Management System issues. Earlier experience includes various roles in hotel management at PM Hotel Group, progressing from Guest Service Agent to Front Office Manager. Francisco attended Penn State University for Mechanical Engineering and is currently studying at the University of Delaware.
