Ingrid Gross Fray currently serves as Head of Brand & Communications at Emma – The Sleep Company, co-leading marketing strategy and overseeing a team of 42 individuals across various sub-teams. Ingrid has developed long-term vision and strategic priorities for the brand and has successfully implemented new operational methodologies to enhance Emma’s reputation and market position. Previous roles at Emma include Head of Brand, Senior Lead Global Brand, and Global Brand Lead, where Ingrid focused on consumer insights, brand strategy, and rebranding initiatives. Ingrid holds a Master of Arts in Media and Communication Science from Technische Universität Ilmenau and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a focus on Marketing and Advertising from ESPM. Prior to Emma, Ingrid gained experience at Digital Minds and ESPM, and Ingrid played a role in producing a TEDx event.
