Adelaide Portela Batista possesses extensive experience in marketing and e-commerce, having held key leadership positions at companies such as Emma – The Sleep Company and Sonae MC. At Emma, Adelaide serves as the Head of Global CRM and previously led E-Commerce & Marketing for Portugal. At Sonae MC, significant roles included Head of Marketing for New Businesses in Health & Wellness and Private Label Director in the Health, Wellness & Beauty sector. In prior positions at L'Oréal, Adelaide was involved with prominent brands, serving as Brand Manager & Digital Manager for Kérastase and Product Manager for several haircare lines. Additional experience includes a role as Assistant Brand Manager at Well's and a senior marketing consultancy position at IJC - ISCTE Junior Consulting.
