Nico Covello has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2015, they started their career as a Sales Associate I at GENEWIZ, where they effectively managed key international and domestic accounts and implemented strategic campaigns to generate leads and maintain positive customer relationships. Nico later transitioned to roles as a Product Marketing Associate and a Senior Product Marketing Associate, where they developed marketing strategies and implemented multi-channel campaigns to support revenue growth. In 2019, they joined Invicro as a Senior Marketing Manager, responsible for leading product marketing strategies and developing messaging for marketing campaigns. Nico also served as a Product Marketing Strategist, overseeing the development and implementation of multi-channel campaigns for clinical services. In 2023, Nico joined Emit Imaging as the Vice President of Market Strategy.

Nico Covello obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biology from the State University of New York College at Brockport, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Nico went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at the same institution, from 2012 to 2015.
