Zaid Nasser is an accomplished data engineering executive with extensive experience in leveraging data to drive business transformation and strategic growth. As Vice President of Data Engineering at Emirates since March 2019, Zaid leads initiatives to modernize analytic infrastructure and enhance data capabilities across the organization. Prior roles include Vice President of Data and Digital Engineering at Emirates, where Zaid focused on digitizing customer experiences and promoting data-driven decision-making. Zaid's previous experience encompasses significant leadership positions at Manulife, PwC Canada, Scotiabank, TD, and CIBC, demonstrating expertise in data management, analytics, and systems consulting. Zaid holds an MBA in Strategy from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Queen's University.
