Phil Lodge is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as Vice President of Technical and Operational Learning and Head of Learning & Talent Operations at Emirates since July 2016. In this role, Phil leads various teams within The Learning & Talent division, focusing on operational training, strategic learning solutions, and regulatory compliance. Prior to Emirates, Phil held the position of Chair of Foundations Study Programme at Higher Colleges of Technology from August 2007 to June 2016, achieving significant success in international benchmark assessments and pioneering mobile learning initiatives. Phil holds a Master of Business Administration in Education Management from the University of Leicester and a BA (Hons) in Writing and Publishing and Political Studies from Middlesex University.
