Paul Moss is an accomplished airport services and operations manager with extensive experience in the aviation and security industries. Currently serving as Airport Services Manager for Emirates in Brisbane since May 2022, Paul previously held key roles including Operations Manager at Wilson Security and Regional Operations Manager at ICS Service Solutions. A significant part of Paul’s career was spent at Virgin Australia, where responsibilities included managing airport operations and standards, as well as training and delivering operational policies. With a strong focus on contract performance, financial management, and workforce planning, Paul is recognized for leadership in safety, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Paul holds certifications in Leadership and Management, Training and Assessment, and Work Health & Safety.
