Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi is currently the Vice Chairman at Emirates Steel. Prior to this, they were with Turquoisy General Contracting and ADNOC Group. Mohammed has a total work experience of more than two decades in which they have been providing technical leadership in overseeing workshop operational and maintenance activities. This includes developing preventive maintenance schedules, planning major shutdowns and supervising work of approved contractors. In their previous company, ADNOC Group, they were also responsible for developing the operational and maintenance department strategies to achieve operational excellence by optimizing the efficiency. Some of their key contributions during their time with ADNOC include developing and implementing a team locking strategy to avoid/reduce social contact between teams and minimize the risk of manpower unavailability during COVID-19, and successfully meeting ADNOC requirements in compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and OHSAS 18001. Mohammed is a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in their field.
