Swaneeth Raavi has over a decade of experience in the power and utilities sector, currently serving as a Shift Lead in Refinery-Utilities at ENOC in the UAE since August 2017, where responsibilities include executing a refinery expansion project and overseeing utility shift operations. Prior roles include Operation Engineer at Ras Girtas Power Company, managing operations for a 2750MW independent power and desalination plant in Qatar, and Power Station Operator at DEWA, focusing on the operations of water and electricity supply for Dubai. Swaneeth also held positions as Control Room Engineer at Konaseema Gas Power Ltd, leading operations for a 445 MW combined cycle power plant, and as Engineer for Operation and Maintenance at Bhushan Energy, overseeing the commissioning and operation of captive power projects. Swaneeth Raavi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University through distance education.
