Hashim Pudiyapura has over 25 years of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Emirates National Group since July 2009, where responsibilities include ensuring IT infrastructure availability and performance monitoring. Prior roles include IT Infrastructure Team Lead and Senior Network Engineer, focusing on network design and implementation using Cisco technologies. Previous experience includes network consulting at MICM Net Solutions, IT and network support at Tetra Pak Gulf, and a variety of technical roles at Emirates Airline, Ammirati Puris Lintas, and Patni Computer Systems. Hashim also possesses an Executive MBA in Business Management from IMT Dubai and a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Development from NIIT.
