Lucia Nash is a skilled HR professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner for both Emirates Leisure Retail and MMI since August 2023, Lucia previously held the position of Head of People and Culture for Imagination in the Middle East from January to July 2023, and Head of People & Culture for Joi Gifts in the EMEA region from August 2021 to January 2022. Additional experience includes a role as a Consultant in Talent & Accreditation at Talogy Middle East (December 2019 - July 2021) and managing Talent Management, Learning & Development at Emirates Leisure Retail (September 2018 - December 2019). Earlier work as an HROD Consultant involved collaborations with various clients, including Searchie and Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Lucia Nash holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational and Business Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
