Diane Renz, MA, LPC, CMT-P has extensive experience in the field of health and well-being. Diane has been a Well-being Consultant and Founder & Director at the Center for Healthy Habits since 2010. In 2012, Renz became an MBSR Teacher for the UMASS Medical School Center for Mindfulness Oasis Institute and has been implementing mindfulness in health services for three decades. Diane has also been an Online Corporate Mindfulness Instructor for eMindful LLC since 2016, a Guest Speaker at The Center for Mindful Living since 2017, and a CEO of Your Gateway to Healing\u2122 since 2004. In 2020, Renz became a Wellness Coach for Sensei and has been a Seminar Speaker for PESI since 2015. Diane received their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Contemplative & Transpersonal Psychology and Religious Studies from Naropa University in 2004. From 2006 to 2012, they obtained an Interpersonal Neurobiology Teacher Certificate from the Mindsight Institute. Diane also completed MBSR Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction from UMass Chan Medical School. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as Learning Design from NovoEd in 2019, Science of Happiness from the University of California, Berkeley in 2019, Behavior Change Facilitator from Judson Brewer, M.D., Center for Mindfulness in 2018, Certified Mindfulness Teacher from the International Mindfulness Teachers Association, and L.P.C. CO 4623 Licensed Professional Counselor from the DORA Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
