Khwezi Mabaso has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Currently, Mabaso works as a Digital Sales Manager at EMGuidance, where they are responsible for generating revenue, acquiring new industry partners, and developing excellent client relationships. Prior to this, Mabaso worked as a Medical Sales Representative at Bayer from 2017 to 2020, where they consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets, conducted market research, and fostered relationships with healthcare professionals. Mabaso also gained experience as a Medical Area Manager at L'Oréal and a Product Specialist at Allergan, where they successfully launched new products and achieved business growth. Earlier in their career, Mabaso worked in sales and marketing roles at Specpharm Pty Ltd and Beiersdorf S.A. Additionally, Mabaso has experience in the hospitality industry as an Executive Housekeeper at Tsogo Sun, where they managed relationships, contributed to hotel operations, and ensured exceptional guest service.

Khwezi Mabaso's education history includes attending Stellenbosch Business School in 2019, where they studied Business and Leadership Management. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, Mabaso attended North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies. Their earlier education includes attending Mafikeng High School from 1998 to 2002, where they completed their high school education and received a degree in Higher Education.
