Clay Thompson is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Emerson Automation Solutions since May 2017, with experience in developing safety programs and managing production line statistics. Previous roles include Manufacturing Project Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at Emerson, and internships at ACIST Medical Systems and HGA Architects and Engineers, where Clay contributed to HVAC design and schematic drafting. Prior experiences include teaching tennis and involvement in personal leadership development through the Lockheed Martin Leadership Institute. Clay holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University and has an academic background from Miami University and Hopkins High School.
