Before joining Emerson, Dave was director of human resources at Partners Healthcare/Brigham Health where he was responsible for overseeing HR services for more than 8,000 employees. He has also served as vice president of human resources at Hallmark Health System, Cape Cod Healthcare, and Quincy Medical Center.
