Kimmy Phan is a seasoned professional in social innovation and community advocacy, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Emerson Collective since April 2021, previously holding the position of Analyst. Phan founded Co-rising Collective, a community organization focused on social impact for girls, women, and non-binary individuals in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior experience includes roles as Population Health Manager at La Clínica de La Raza and involvement in various committees related to violence prevention and health advocacy. An alumna of Stanford University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology and honors in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity, Kimmy has also engaged in significant fundraising efforts for the Stanford FLI Conference and holds ongoing commitments to leadership development programs.
