Joanna Lichter has a strong background in venture capital, currently serving as Associate Director at Emerson Collective after previously holding the position of Senior Associate in the same field. Earlier in their career, Joanna worked as an Investor at Founder Collective and as a Venture Fellow at Pear VC. Additional experience includes a Summer Associate role at S2G Ventures, and dynamic positions at Via - On-Demand Transit, rising from Associate to Principal. Joanna holds a B.A. in International Comparative Studies from Duke University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
