Volha Usava's work experience begins in 2015 when they worked as a Flight Attendant for Emirates from April 2015 to July 2018. In 2018, they transitioned into the role of a Business Analyst. Volha worked at A-Soft from September 2018 to November 2018, then moved on to LeverX International and Emerline, where they currently hold the position of a Business Analyst.

Volha Usava completed their education history with the following experiences. In 2018, they attended IT Academy and studied Business Analysis for a brief period. Prior to that, they attended Belarusian State Economic University from 2007 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics.

Additionally, Volha has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills. In November 2022, they obtained the "Professional Scrum Master II" certification from Scrum.org. In January 2022, they also obtained the "Professional Scrum Masterâ„¢ I (PSM I)" certification from the same institution. Furthermore, in October 2017, they completed the "Computer Science 101" course offered by Stanford University. Volha has also received certifications in "Agile Planning for Software Products" and "Client Needs and Software Requirements" from the University of Alberta in June 2017 and May 2017 respectively.
