Linh Gilles currently serves as Associate Vice President of Admissions, Marketing & Operations, U.S. Degrees and Associate Vice President of University Partnerships at Emeritus, where the focus is on making high-quality education accessible through partnerships with over 50 leading global universities. Prior to Emeritus, Linh Gilles held the position of Senior Executive Recruiter at Amazon, contributing to the company's mission of customer centricity. Linh Gilles spent 14 years at the Carlson School of Management, first as Director of Admissions & Recruiting and then as Associate Director of Admissions and Recruiting, both roles centered around strategic recruitment and diversity initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Dean of Admissions and Admissions Advisor at American College of Healthcare Sciences, and as an Admissions Counselor for undergraduate programs at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Linh Gilles holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, an M.Ed. in Education, and a BA in Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
