Céline Schillinger is the Founder and CEO of We Need Social, specializing in employee and stakeholder engagement since September 2018. Additionally, Céline serves as an Affiliate at Kotter and an Associate Coach at Emerging World, focusing on accelerating strategic goals and transformative organizational change. As a faculty member at Emeritus and a Charter Member of Change Agents Worldwide, Céline contributes to thought leadership in Future of Work technologies. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Sanofi Pasteur, where Céline enhanced global quality innovation and led significant vaccine initiatives, as well as positions at Lagardere Group and Setraco, where business development and turnaround strategies were successfully implemented. Academic credentials include a Professional Master in Corporate Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne and a Master’s Degree in Political Sciences from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
