Caroline LAURENT possesses extensive experience in real estate program management, currently serving as Directrice opérationnelle at Emerige since January 2017, after holding the role of Directeur de programmes at ALTAREA COGEDIM from June 2015 to December 2016. Prior to that, Caroline LAURENT worked at ALTAREA COGEDIM in various capacities, including Responsable de programmes and Responsable Développement from January 2008 to May 2015. Caroline LAURENT began a career in real estate as a trainee in Real Estate Investment at Unibail-Rodomco in 2007. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate from ESSEC Business School and a Master in Urban Planning from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
