Rodolfo Arroyo has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Rodolfo served as Vice President of Sales Planning & Operations at EMC since 2015. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Vice President of Commercial Management at Level 3 Communications from 2004 to 2013. Rodolfo also worked as Senior Vice President of Information Technology & MIS at Impsat Fiber Networks from 2000 to 2004. Before that, they were the General Manager at Impsatel del Ecuador, where they achieved significant market share growth and played a key role in the company's organizational restructuring.

Rodolfo Arroyo attended Universidad Nacional de San Juan from 1977 to 1983, where they obtained a degree in Civil Engineering. In 1996, they completed the Programa de Desarrollo Directivo at the Instituto de Desarrollo Empresarial (IDE). Furthermore, in 1993, they pursued a degree in Corporate Financial Strategy at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in the United States.
