Nicole Rhone has extensive experience in the healthcare and compliance fields, currently serving as the Director of Compliance at EMERGICON since June 2016. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as an Accounts Receivable Representative at Diversified Health Solutions from August 2011 to August 2014, focusing on billing and following up on unpaid ambulance claims. Nicole also held the position of Office Manager at MANOR CARE, INC. from February 2007 to February 2009 in a privately owned EMS context. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science degree from The College of Health Care Professions, medical assistant training from Remington College-Dallas Campus, and further education from Collin College, the National Academy of Ambulance Compliance, and Southern University at Shreveport.
