Melinda (Wendy) McLendon is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and operations management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at EMERGICON since July 2021, Melinda contributes to the largest EMS Billing Company in Texas. Prior to this role, Melinda worked at the Texas Attorney General's office as an Administration Assistant in the Crime Victims Services Department from December 2018 to July 2021. Melinda has extensive operational experience, having held the position of Director of Operations at Chipotle Mexican Grill, as well as General Manager roles at Native Foods, Luna Grill, and Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar. Melinda's career began as a Multi-Unit District Manager at Luna Grill. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Communication from Northeastern State University.
