Lois Hartman possesses extensive experience in project management, particularly within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Manager of SHS Project Execution and Oversight at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since June 2019, Lois leads a team focused on business readiness for Medicare Advantage products. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager within the Senior Health Services PMO, where Lois successfully managed multiple IT implementation projects. Earlier positions include a Project Manager at WorkForce Software, overseeing complex software upgrades, and a Senior Project Analyst at Trinity Health, managing healthcare application implementations.
