Since 2010, Mark has held multiple vice president positions at Emergent BioSolutions, focusing on protective services and manufacturing operations strategy. Mark successfully initiated high-profile strategies and directed global security initiatives, enhancing security risk management at large-scale manufacturing sites. Prior to this, Mark served as Chief of Police in the City of Lansing, overseeing law enforcement operations and managing a substantial budget. Mark's academic qualifications include an MBA from Northwood University, an MS in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University, and a BS in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University. Additionally, Mark has contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Michigan State University, teaching criminal justice courses.
