Christine McPhail is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in higher education and organizational development. Currently serving as CEO and President of The McPhail Group since 2011, Christine also acts as a Certified Trainer for Emergenetics International. Christine has authored works for SIDO-MARI Publishing since 2000 and held the position of President at Saint Augustine’s University from February 2021 to December 2023. Additionally, Christine served as a Leadership Coach at Achieving the Dream, Inc. from 2004 to 2015 and held academic roles as Professor and Program Director at Morgan State University and President at Cypress College. Christine holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Southern California, complemented by a Master's degree in Education from California State University, Fresno.
