Albert Barcena currently serves as the National Training Manager and West Region Product Trainer at SoundOff Signal, where expertise in first responder and roadway safety is applied through the development and delivery of training curricula for premium products. Prior experience includes serving as a Police Officer for the City of Greenwood Village, conducting investigations and interviews at crime scenes, and working as a Paramedic Dispatcher for Denver Health, coordinating ambulance dispatches using specialized software. Additionally, Albert held the position of Airport Emergency Dispatcher for the City and County of Denver, managing emergency responses across a large area. Albert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
