Katalin Tóth has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR management and consultancy. Katalin started their career in 2005 as a General Assistant at Lupus Consulting Ltd. Katalin then worked as an HR Consultant at Wywex/KMC Solutions Ltd. and IT Jobs Ltd. In 2009, they joined Northgate Arinso Ltd. as a Recruitment Specialist/Sr. HR Advisor. Katalin joined Lufthansa in 2011, where they held various roles including HR Manager CEE. During their time at Lufthansa, they were involved in HR projects, ensured compliance with employment laws, and provided consultation to management on labor regulations, payroll, and HR strategy. In 2019, Katalin joined Lufthansa Group Business Services as a Senior Human Resources Manager, where they took on a leadership role in HR consultancy and services for the CEE region, implemented working time adjustments, and coordinated HR administration activities. In 2021, they co-founded Parkbankcoaching and in 2022, founded Coffeebreak Coaching. Currently, Katalin holds the position of Director Human Resources, Europe at Emeren Group.
Katalin Tóth attended ELTE, Közgazdasági Politechnikum, and ZSKF. Katalin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in HR Management from ZSKF.
